We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the lash extension industry. As an Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced professionals, learning essential skills while providing exceptional guest services. This role is ideal for those passionate about beauty treatments and customer care.

Duties .

• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment to ensure the safety and satisfaction of clients.
• Support front desk operations by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing customer inquiries.
• Learn and apply all types of lash styles on models.
• Engage in sales activities to promote products and services offered at the facility.
• Observe and participate in training sessions to develop technical skills under the guidance of experienced staff.
• Provide excellent guest services by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively.
• Actively post on social media and create content.

Qualifications

• A strong interest in the lash extensions industry with a desire to learn new techniques.
• Previous experience or knowledge in guest services is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of sanitation.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and team members.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in individual tasks.
• Must be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas.
