Lash Artist

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Eyelash Specialist to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty through eyelash extensions and other cosmetic services. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of esthetic treatments, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients. The Eyelash Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality eyelash extension applications, consultations, and related beauty services while maintaining a clean and professional workspace. Experience with management software such as Millennium and salon management tools like MINDBODY is preferred, along with proficiency in social media management to promote services.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring client safety and satisfaction
• Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend suitable eyelash styles and treatments
• Maintain sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations
• Provide additional esthetic services such as brow shaping, body waxing, or makeup application as needed
• Manage client appointments using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
• Promote retail sales of beauty products and eyelash care items through upselling techniques
• Engage with clients via social media platforms to showcase work, promote specials, and grow the client base
• Assist with front desk duties including guest services, scheduling, and product demos
• Stay current on industry trends, new techniques like dermal fillers or dermabrasion, and advanced treatments such as Botox or dermal fillers if qualified

Experience

• Proven experience in eyelash extensions application and esthetic treatments such as body waxing or nail care
• Background in cosmetology or esthetician licensing is required; additional certifications in botulinum toxin treatment or dermal fillers are a plus
• Experience with salon management software (Millennium, MINDBODY) and social media management tools preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and promote services
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, skin care products, color theory for makeup application, and retail sales techniques
• Previous experience in a med spa or luxury salon environment is advantageous
• Ability to provide excellent guest services while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $23.36 - $30.00 per hour
