Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions, and possess excellent customer service skills. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will provide high-quality eyelash extension services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients.

Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client experience, from consultation to aftercare advice.
• Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and related beauty services, such as hair styling and makeup application.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive service experience across various beauty treatments, including hair extensions, nail care, and med spa services.

Skills

• Proficient in eyelash extension techniques and application methods.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients.
• Knowledge of hair styling, hair extensions, nail care, and makeup application is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.63 - $50.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Eyelash extensions: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Cosmetology License or Esthetician License (Required)
