Lash Artist

Are you a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist with lash extension experience? Are you looking for an intimate team, flexible schedule and beautiful big treatment rooms?

We are seeking talented individuals with a passion for beauty and exceptional customer service skills to join our day spa in Williamsburg Virginia! We are currently looking for one part-time or full-time artist!

Services offered -
- Perform eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail
- other services offered but are negotiable per provider include Facial Waxing, Facial treatments and skincare, Lash Lifts, Brow Laminations and Tinting, Airbrush tans, body waxing. We can also train the right individual if we offer any services that you are not already trained in and are interested in learning!

Duties:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

-Practice skills under the scope of dpor guidelines
- Daily light cleaning of treatment room, community spaces to keep up with dpor and osha requirements

- Maintain stable clientele growth, efficient client retention and uphold our spa reputation

Qualifications:
- Virginia Cosmetology or Esthetics License
- Experience in eyelash extensions
- Ability to be a self-starter and part of a team
- Willing to continue honing, and updating skills.

- Knowledgeable and Professional appearance, conversations and etiquette

- Desire to continue to grow with the company

-Full time position 30 Hours minimum preferrred

-This is a commission rental position, the artist encouraged to have a starter client base but will grow with our company and clients.

- Willing to use square systems to provide cohesive scheduling for clients who wish to cross schedule with other services and staff.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
