Lash Artist

XO Beauty Effect is looking for Lash Stylists to assist our clients in obtaining and selecting from a variety of eyelash extension styles to best suit them. Lash Stylist responsibilities include providing one-on-one customer service, recommending items and creating complete looks that excite our customers. If you have a flair for perfection and know how to style lashes to flatter all eye types, we would love to meet you! XO Beauty Effect offers continuous training and opportunities for growth.

Shift Schedule

• Tuesday - Saturday

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter our store
• Identify clients’ needs and help them choose lash styles that fit their eye type
• Offer personalized tips
• Pick and recommend retail items needed to ensure lash health and proper maintenance
• Inform customers about new lash trends
• Provide product details, aftercare instructions, prices and discounts
• Suggest alternative lash curls and styles to create unique looks
• Ensure proper product presentation and stock replenishment
• Remember loyal customers’ names, and preferences and maintain friendly relationships

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Lash Stylist or similar role in the beauty industry
• Sales experience in retail is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to create looks for different styles and occasions
• Up-to-date with all lash trends
• High school diploma
• Additional certification in eyelash extensions
• Esthetics/ cosmetology License required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
