Lash Artist

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and energetic Lash Artist to join our dynamic beauty team! In this role, you will specialize in enhancing clients’ natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application, lash lifts, and other eye-enhancing treatments. Duties

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety, sanitation, and client satisfaction at every step
• Perform lash lifts, tinting, and other eye enhancement services to meet client preferences
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations and salon standards
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable lash styles, treatments, and aftercare advice
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to optimize client flow
• Upsell retail products like lash serums, cleansers, or makeup items to enhance client results and satisfaction
• Engage with clients via social media management platforms to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build a loyal clientele

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license/Esthetician license or certification in eyelash extensions or related beauty treatments required
• Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions, lash lifts, or similar esthetic services preferred
• Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and safety procedures in a salon environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide friendly, professional guest services
• Knowledge of salon management software such as Vagaro is a plus
• Familiarity with social media management for marketing and client engagement purposes
• Additional skills such as facials, brow treatments, body waxing, or teeth whitening are advantageous but not mandatory
