Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lash Artist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and ready to grow in a professional, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform lash services including:
• Classic lash extensions
• Hybrid lash extensions
• Volume lash extensions
• Lash lifts & tints (preferred)
• Provide a high-end, luxury client experience
• Conduct thorough consultations and aftercare education
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards
• Build and retain a strong client base
• Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques
• Contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Lash certification (Classic required, Volume preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and artistry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Availability for evenings and weekends
