Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extensions
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable services and products
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software
• Educate clients on aftercare procedures and product recommendations to maximize results
• Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and product demos to continually elevate your skills and service offerings

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional certifications in eyelash extensions or lash lifting preferred
• Proven experience in eyelash extension application, lash lifts, or related beauty treatments
• Strong management skills for handling appointments, client records, and retail sales efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to provide outstanding guest services and build lasting client relationships
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, body waxing, makeup application, hair styling, nail care, and dermal filler procedures is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism

Pay: $25.38 - $30.56 per hour
