Duties

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety, sanitation, and comfort for every client
• Consult with clients to understand their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and lengths
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations and salon standards
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to optimize client flow
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, offering product recommendations, and upselling related services like lash lifts or brow treatments
• Promote retail sales by demonstrating lash care products and explaining their benefits during client visits
• Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations through ongoing education and training

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in eyelash extension application
• Proven experience applying eyelash extensions with attention to detail and safety protocols
• Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and explain procedures
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and ability to maintain a sterile work environment
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is preferred
• Experience with additional services such as body waxing, facial treatments, or makeup application is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
