Lash Artist (Experienced) – Campbell, CA

Join our beauty studio in Campbell, CA, known for high-quality lash lifts, lash extensions, and brow services. We focus on clean work, strong retention, and a consistent client experience.

We are currently looking for an experienced lash artist to join our team part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as demand increases.

Position Details

• W-2 employee position
• Training period: $18/hour
• After training: $22–$25/hour (based on experience and performance)
• 100% of tips + performance bonuses
• Part-time to start (2 days/week) with potential to grow to 4–5 days/week
• Schedule planned in advance
• Fully equipped workspace
• Supportive, professional environment with clear service standards

What We’re Looking For

• Valid California esthetician or cosmetology license
• Experience with lash extensions required
• Strong attention to detail and clean work
• Ability to follow studio service standards
• Professional communication and team mindset

Experience with facials is a strong plus.
