Lash Artist/Esthetician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician/Lash Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments with at least 1 year experience doing lash extensions and experience with waxing, and brow services. Providing exceptional guest services in a relaxing and rejuvenating manner is a must for our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to connect with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of treatments including skin care services, body waxing, brow services, lash services.
• Engage with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and aftercare to enhance their overall experience.
• Assist in retail sales of beauty products to promote client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience in guest services with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with various beauty techniques including skincare, brow services waxing, lash extensions.
• Strong sales skills to effectively promote products and services to clients.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing education in new techniques and trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $50.00 per hour
