Lash Artist/Specialist

Raw Beauty Lounge is growing, and we are looking for a passionate, skilled Lash Artist to join our team.

With multiple established locations across Arizona and 8+ years of brand reputation, Raw Beauty Lounge is known for quality work, elevated client experience, and strong team culture. We are seeking an artist who takes pride in their craft and wants to grow within a supportive, professional environment.

Position Overview

The Lash Artist will provide high-quality lash extension services while delivering exceptional client care and maintaining Raw Beauty Lounge’s brand standards.

This is an opportunity to build a strong clientele within an established and reputable Arizona beauty brand.

Responsibilities

• Perform Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash extension services
• Conduct thorough client consultations and customize lash designs
• Maintain detailed client records and follow sanitation protocols
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards at all times
• Deliver outstanding customer service and focus on retention
• Participate in team trainings and ongoing education
• Represent the Raw Beauty Lounge brand professionally in person and online

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Esthetician, Lash or Cosmetology License (required)
• Handmade volume lashing experience needed
• Strong portfolio of work (photos required with application)
• Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn

PART TIME AND FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
