Lash Artist/Waxer

We are seeking an experienced lash artist/waxer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and wellness and be able to provide exceptional service to our clients. you’ll deliver exceptional guest experiences, promote our premium products, and stay ahead of the latest trends in lash artistry. Your creativity, technical skill, and customer service excellence will help clients feel confident and radiant every day

Responsibilities:
-Perform eyelash extension applications with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring safety and comfort for each guest
- Provide excellent customer service to clients

-Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, adhering to health regulations and salon protocols
- Educate clients on skincare and beauty products
-Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.
-Manage appointment scheduling and client records efficiently.

- Perform high-quality waxing services following East Bay Dermatology standards, patterns, protocols and techniques.

Skills:

• Proven experience in eyelash extension application with NY state license
• Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and understand their preferences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sales skills
• Knowledge of sanitation practices, body waxing, hair threading, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox treatments, and other esthetic procedures is highly desirable
