Job Summary
We are offering an exciting opportunity for beauty professionals to RENT a lash bed in a vibrant and welcoming salon environment for $500 a month. This space is perfect for licensed estheticians or cosmetologists looking to expand their services, particularly in eyelash extensions and related beauty treatments. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to manage their own clientele effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality eyelash extension services while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the lash bed and surrounding areas in accordance with health regulations.
• Promote services through effective social media management and product demos.
• Uphold exceptional guest services, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other beauty professionals in the salon to create a supportive community atmosphere.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong management skills to oversee daily operations of your lash station.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to beauty treatments.
• Background in cosmetology or esthetics with experience in eyelash extensions, hair extensions, body waxing, hair styling, and makeup application.
• Ability to perform retail sales effectively while demonstrating products to clients.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
