Urban & Ivy Co is a luxury lash and brow studio located in Bountiful, UT dedicated to delivering elevated, customized beauty services in a high-end, welcoming environment. We specialize in lash extensions, advanced brow artistry, and results-driven treatments, all while maintaining a strong brand presence and a supportive, growth-focused team culture.

As our clientele continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Lash & Brow Artist to join our team and help service our expanding client base.

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Lash & Brow Artist who is confident in their technical skills, passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience, and motivated to grow within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced artist who is looking for consistent clientele, flexible scheduling, and long-term growth opportunities—without the pressure of building and managing a business independently. You’ll be supported with established clients, professional products, and ongoing education to help you elevate your craft and income.

Responsibilities:

• Lash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume)
• Lash lifts and tints
• Brow lamination, shaping, waxing, and tinting
• Deliver a luxury client experience from consultation to aftercare
• Maintain proper sanitation and safety standards
• Educate clients on services, aftercare, and rebooking
• Support client retention and rebooking goals
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Participate in team trainings and growth initiatives
• Contribute to social media content (2–3 posts/or stories week encouraged)

Requirements:

• Must hold a current Utah license in one of the following:
• Eyelash & Eyebrow Technician License (270-hour program), OR
• Esthetician or Master Esthetician License, OR
• Cosmetology License

Utah law requires a valid license to legally perform lash and brow services.

• Strong knowledge of sanitation and infection control
• Certification in lash extensions (preferred but not required if licensed)
• Minimum 6 months–2 years experience preferred
• Ability to perform consistent, clean lash sets and brow services

Schedule

• Flexible part-time hours
• Must be available at least 2–4 days per week
• Some evening and weekend availability preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
