We are seeking experienced Lash & Brow Stylist to join our team as an independent contractor (1099) on a commission-based structure. No uniform but professional dress.

You keep your tips.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of lash services, including Classic, Hybrid, and Volume Lash Sets
• Perform Brow Laminations, Shaping, Tinting, and Threading
• Deliver exceptional customer service and client care
• Maintain a clean and professional workspace in accordance with salon standards
• Stay updated on industry trends, safety protocols, and best practices

Qualifications

• Current Florida Esthetician or Cosmetology license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in lash and brow services
• Proficient in lash application techniques and brow artistry
• Strong attention to detail, artistry, and client satisfaction
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently in a team environment
