Responsibilities

• Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions
• Conduct client consultations and customize lash sets
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Manage your own booking schedule
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client retention
• Upsell aftercare products when appropriate

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required)
• Lash certification preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to build and retain clientele

Compensation
