Lash Extension & Brow Stylist

Envy Esthetics is a growing beauty studio specializing in high-quality lash and brow services. We pride ourselves on delivering detailed, customized results and creating a welcoming experience for every client. We’re looking for a reliable, motivated stylist who is passionate about the beauty industry and ready to grow with us.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Lash Extension & Brow Stylist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience performing services in a professional setting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and dependable, with a strong work ethic and a desire to continue learning.

Schedule

• Tuesdays: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Fridays: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• No weekends required

Services You’ll Perform

• Lash Extensions (Classic/Hybrid/Volume preferred)
• Lash Lifts
• Brow Waxing, Threading, and Tweezing
• Brow Laminations
• Lash & Brow Hybrid Dye Services

Bonus: Opportunity to learn and offer professional cluster lash application as an alternative service

Compensation

• Training Period: $10/hour
• Post-Training: $10–$15/hour (based on experience & performance)
• Plus Commission on Services & Retail Sales

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience performing lash and/or brow services in a professional setting
• Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology License in PA
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
