We are currently expanding and seeking a skilled Lash Extension Specialist to join our growing team.

Duties

• Perform precise eyelash extension applications using safe, high-quality techniques tailored to each client’s desired look and eye shape
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, assess their natural lashes, and recommend suitable styles and lengths
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols by sterilizing tools and workstations in accordance with industry standards
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
• Promote retail sales by recommending lash care products, aftercare kits, and other beauty essentials to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
• Engage actively with clients through social media management, sharing before-and-after photos, promotions, and updates to attract new business
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless guest experience
• Support team members with additional services such as brow shaping, body waxing, or makeup application when needed
• Participate in product demos and ongoing training sessions to stay current on the latest lash extension techniques and industry trends

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; experience in lash extensions is highly preferred
• Strong management skills to handle appointments, client records, and retail sales effectively
• Proficiency with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client tracking
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear consultations and build rapport with clients
• Knowledge of sanitation standards specific to lash extension application and overall salon safety practices
• Experience with social media management to promote services and engage with the community
• Additional skills in hair extensions, dermal fillers, Botox treatments, or other esthetic procedures are a plus but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment
