Lash Extension Technician (Part Time to Full Time)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and certified lash tech artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and a talent for applying eyelash extensions with precision and artistry. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, customizing lash designs, maintaining hygiene standards, educating clients on aftercare, and promoting additional services. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to client satisfaction are essential. If you're a creative and dedicated lash artist looking to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic salon environment. We are looking for a part-time tech who can work at least one full day during the weekend, either Saturday or Sunday. This position has full-time potential after two or more months.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consultations to understand preferences and needs.
• Customize lash designs to enhance clients' natural beauty.
• Apply individual eyelash extensions with precision and expertise.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards and sanitation protocols.
• Educate clients on proper aftercare and recommend products/services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive beauty solutions.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid license in Esthetics or Cosmetology.
• Part-time or close to full-time availability. Prefer Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday work availability.
• Previous experience in the beauty industry, preferably with lash extensions.
• Strong artistic skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
• Passion for learning and staying updated on industry advancements.
• Ability to work at least one day during the weekend (either Saturday or Sunday).
• Ability to do brow laminations, brow waxing and tinting is a plus.

Compensation:

Commission-Based

As a lash artist with our salon, you will enjoy a competitive commission-based compensation structure. Our commission rates range from 46% to 50%, depending on factors such as experience, client retention, and sales performance. Supplemental income includes tips, which are regularly paid by clients.
