Lash Instructor

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lash Extension Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to helping students develop the technical skills, professionalism, and confidence needed for success in the beauty industry. This position is responsible for delivering both classroom instruction and hands-on training in eyelash extension techniques, safety, sanitation, and industry best practices. The Lash Extension Instructor will mentor students, evaluate their progress, and foster a positive and engaging learning environment while ensuring compliance with state board regulations and school policies. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, industry experience, and a commitment to student success.

Qualifications:

• Current state Esthetician or Cosmetology license in good standing.
• Instructor license or ability to obtain one, if required by state regulations.
• Eyelash extension certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in lash services preferred.
• Experience with classic, hybrid, and volume lash techniques.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.
• Passion for education and helping students succeed in the beauty industry.
• Knowledge of sanitation, safety procedures, and state board requirements.

Resposibilities:

• Teach eyelash extension theory, application techniques, safety, and sanitation practices.
• Provide hands-on training and demonstrations for students.
• Assess student performance and provide coaching and support.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grading, and student records.
• Foster a positive and professional classroom environment.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and school policies.
• Prepare students for success in the beauty industry through technical and professional development.
• Remain current on emerging lash trends, products, and best practices.
