Lash Lift & Brow Specialist (Paid Training Provided)

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-permanent lash lift treatments that enhance natural lashes for a longer, fuller appearance
• Shape, tint, and groom brows to complement each client’s unique features and preferences
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable lash and brow services based on individual needs
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols throughout all procedures to ensure client health and comfort
• Educate clients on aftercare routines to maximize the longevity of treatments and promote overall eye health
• Engage with clients through social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promotions, and updates to grow our community
• Upsell additional services or retail products that align with client goals while maintaining excellent customer service standards

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and team members
• Prior experience or interest in cosmetology, esthetic treatments, or related beauty fields is a plus but not required—paid training will be provided!
• Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to beauty treatments and salon environments
• Basic understanding of salon management tools such as vagaro or boulevard is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be provided
• Familiarity with Tik Tok & Instagram management platforms for marketing purposes is required
• Experience or interest in additional beauty services like eyelash extensions, eyebrow shaping, or face waxing is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional guest services
• Must be a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist

Pay: $18.00 - $41.00 per hour
