Lash Stylist

The ideal candidate for this position has lash experience, enjoys working with people, can be trusted to work independently, understands the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions, wants to work in the beauty industry, and is highly motivated, friendly and responsible!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension and other lash and brow services
• Pursue continued growth as a lash artist through training and resources offered by The M Affect
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
• Understand and promote products and other services
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
• Maintain clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license in Texas
• 1+ years as a Lash Stylist required
• Customer service focused; loves on your clients
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
• Ability to work Saturdays and evenings until 7 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Experience:

• Lash stylist: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Cosmetology License (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
