Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications, lash lifts, and other eyelash enhancement services with precision and care.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable treatments.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all procedures to ensure client safety.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending and demonstrating beauty products, including lash care and skincare items.
• Uphold professionalism, providing exceptional guest services from check-in to checkout.
• Participate in product demos and educational sessions to continually improve skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members on management tasks and contribute to a positive salon atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional certifications in eyelash extensions or lash lifting preferred.
• Proven experience in eyelash extension application preferred
• Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and promote retail products.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for health safety in a salon environment.
• Background in retail sales, guest services, or hospitality will be highly valued.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
