LashBar Downtown is hiring a Full-Time Lash Stylist! We are looking for a motivated artist who is passionate about eyelash extensions, guest experience, retention, and building a lasting career within the beauty industry.

LashBar Downtown is proudly female-owned and operated by MSKY Beauty. Owner Jess, a Master Esthetician, oversees 4 LashBar locations throughout San Diego, giving our stylists the benefit of multiple managers, advanced trainings, hands-on support, and a large team environment.

We also provide an employee monthly parking pass in a nearby garage, making your commute and parking in Downtown simple and stress-free. As an added perk, our salon is located inside a luxury apartment complex with employee access to the private gym and rooftop lounge, the perfect place to enjoy your lunch break with views of Petco Park, the Coronado Bridge, and the Downtown skyline.

Downtown is an established location with a small but mighty team. Our guests are looking for more stylist availability, creating a strong opportunity for a new stylist to begin building books quickly and increase earnings beyond base pay.

Requirements

• California Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Lash extension experience required
• Some handmade fan experience
• Positive attitude and eagerness to grow
• Friday & Saturday availability required
• 4 days minimum / 5 days preferred

Pay: $22–$30+ per hour including hourly, tips, and commission

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

• This position requires a minimum 4-day work week with Friday and Saturday availability. Standard salon hours are Monday–Friday 9:15 AM–6:15 PM and Saturday 8:15 AM–4:30 PM. Are you available to commit to this schedule long-term?
