The Lash Lounge Orange is the premiere luxury studio for eyelash extensions.

We are seeking highly motivated, energetic and talented Lash Stylist to join our vibrant beauty team! As a Lash Stylist, you will be the expert in enhancing our members/guests natural beauty through the art of eyelash extensions and other aesthetic treatments. We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Eyelash Extension Technician with definitive in-salon experience. This person must hold a Cosmetologist / Aesthetician License and will work full time at our Orange, CA location.

This is a Full-Time Only position. If you are unable to work FT (40 hours per week) please DO NOT apply. There is currently no flexibility around our shifts.

Salon Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Shifts/Schedules

Schedule 1: Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

REQUIREMENTS

• Stylist must have a current unrestriced license fromthe State of CA.
• 2 plus years of in-salon experience. We have exemplary training program and a wonderful, support team with other fantastic leaders in the industry. This position is critical to the livelihood of the salon and contributes to the positive reputation and overall culture that is conveyed to our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for each guest.
• Provide complementary services such as brow shaping, tinting, and other esthetic treatments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guest and salon staff.
• Use salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for guest management.
• Engage through social media (i.e., IG, Facebook) to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and attract new members.
• Upsell retail products like lash care kits, skincare items, and cosmetic products to boost sales and enhance guest results.
• Deliver excellent customer service by listening to guest needs, offering professional advice, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish of service.
• Stay current on industry trends including new lash techniques, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and other advanced aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatment or esthetic laser treatments.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Lash Stylist or Esthetician with expertise in eyelash extensions and related beauty services.
• Knowledge of management tools such as Millennium or MINDBODY salon software for scheduling and guest management.
• Strong social media management skills to effectively promote services and engage with the community online
• Background in cosmetology, esthetician licensing, or related certifications.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques, upselling strategies, and product demos to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Experience with advanced treatments like dermal fillers, tattooing, or med spa procedures is desirable but not required!

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
