Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lash Artist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, detail-oriented, reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional service and client care.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality lash extension services including classic, hybrid, and volume sets
• Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend appropriate lash styles
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times
• Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance
• Rebook clients and help build long-term client relationships
• Maintain professionalism in communication, appearance, and service execution
• Contribute positively to salon culture and team environment
• Assist with salon content creation, promotions, and occasional member events when needed

Qualifications

• Active Florida esthetician or cosmetology license (required)
• Lash certification and experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and coachable
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Passion for beauty, education, and continued growth
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury salon environment

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
