Lash Technician and/or Esthetician

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Lash Tech and/or Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions, skin care and related treatments. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing various beauty treatments, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism.

Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client comfort throughout the process.
• Provide additional beauty services such as facials, microneedling, dermaplaning ect...
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict sanitation protocols.
• Manage appointments using salon software such as MINDBODY, ensuring efficient scheduling and customer flow.
• Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling beauty products to clients during their visits.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
• Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing payments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
• Provide product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of various beauty products.
• Foster strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively.

Requirements

• Valid license or relevant certification is required.
• Certification in eyelash extension application and /or Esthetician services.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry is essential.
• Experience in med spa settings or related fields is highly desirable.
