Lash Technician / Brow Specialist

Job Summary
Passionate P Spa is a growing beauty studio specializing in luxury lash, brow, and waxing services. We are currently looking for talented and motivated Lash & Brow Technicians who are passionate about beauty, client care, and building their clientele in a professional spa environment.

This is a great opportunity for both experienced technicians and motivated beauty professionals currently in school who want to gain hands on experience in a supportive and fast growing spa.

Duties

• Perform professional eyelash extensions services (Classic, Hybrid, Volume preferred)
• Provide brow services including shaping, waxing, tinting, and lamination.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation at all times.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for clients.
• Educate clients on proper aftercare and products recommendation.
• Promote services and help build personal clientele.
• Engage in social media management by sharing before and after photos, promoting special offers, and building an online community of loyal clients.

Requirements

• New York Esthetician or Cosmetology License (or currently enrolled in school)
• Experience with lash extensions and brow services preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional attitude and reliability
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Bilingual a PLUS

Compensation

• Commission-based pay (40% commission

+ 100% tips)
