Lash Technician (Experienced)

We are a lash-focused studio located in DTLA and are looking for an experienced lash technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform eyelash extension services (classic, hybrid, volume)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Provide excellent client experience
• Assist with daily studio operations

Requirements:

• Valid California Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Minimum 6 months–1 year experience with eyelash extensions
• Able to perform classic, hybrid, and volume sets
• Clean work, good retention, and proper isolation
• Able to complete a full set within 1.5-2hours
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

For technicians with around 1 year of experience:Additional training and skill refinement may be required before taking clients independently.

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay (percentage based on experience and performance)
• Tips + potential bonuses
• Training details and compensation will be discussed individually

Additional:

• Trial is required before hiring
• Applicants without lash experience will not be considered
