We’re Hiring: Lash Artist & Brow Specialist (Commission-Based 50/50)

We are currently looking for a Lash Artist & Brow Specialist to join our fun, professional, and high-energy environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be licensed in the state of Florida (Esthetician or Cosmetologist)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in lashes and brows
• Preferred: existing clientele
• Strong knowledge in lash and brow services (A+ skill level preferred)
• Experience in waxing is a plus — or willingness to learn and grow in this area
• Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)
• Positive, professional, and customer-service oriented attitude
• Reliable, motivated, and passionate about the beauty industry

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional lash extension and brow services
• Deliver high-quality results with consistency and attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards according to Florida regulations
• Provide excellent customer experience and build client relationships
• Recommend aftercare and retail products when appropriate
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented studio culture
