Lash Technician/Esthetician

Job Summary

Swoon is looking for a talented and motivated Lash Technician / Esthetician to join our growing beauty team. The ideal candidate must be experienced in performing eyelash extensions and passionate about helping clients look and feel their best.

In this role, you will provide high-quality lash services while also being open to learning and performing additional treatments such as brow services, lash lifts, and dermaplaning. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow their skills, deliver exceptional client experiences, and contribute to a positive, energetic salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional eyelash extension applications with precision, safety, and attention to detail.
• Provide client consultations and recommend services tailored to each guest’s needs.
• Be willing to train and expand skills in additional services, including:
• Brow services (shaping, tinting, etc.)
• Lash lifts and tints
• Dermaplaning
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace and follow all industry safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage appointments and client records using salon scheduling software.
• Educate clients on aftercare, maintenance, and product recommendations.
• Promote services, retail products, and special offers to enhance the client experience.
• Support salon marketing efforts through social media and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist (required per state regulations).
• Proven experience performing eyelash extensions (required).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and expand into additional beauty services such as brows, lash lifts, and dermaplaning.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Familiarity with booking systems such as Square Appointments is a plus.
• Passion for the beauty industry and staying current with trends and techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 32.0 per week
