Job Overview
As a Lash Technician/Esthetician, you will play a key role in providing top-tier beauty services, including eyelash extensions, skincare treatments, and other esthetic procedures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a lively environment, helping clients look and feel their best while utilizing advanced salon software and management tools.

Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and other esthetic treatments with precision and care
• Deliver body waxing, hair threading, hair styling, makeup application, and hair extensions to meet client needs
• Conduct botulinum toxin treatments and esthetic laser procedures to enhance client results
• Manage guest services by providing excellent customer service, product demos, and personalized consultations
• Maintain sanitation standards rigorously to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Utilize salon management software such as Millennium, MINDBODY, and salon software platforms for scheduling, record keeping, and retail sales
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services and build lasting relationships

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with experience in eyelash extensions, body waxing, and skincare treatments
• Knowledge of management systems like Millennium and MINDBODY preferred
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
• Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos
• Familiarity with advanced treatments such as dermal fillers, Botox, laser therapy, and tattooing is a plus
• Ability to maintain high sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations
• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles is advantageous
• Competence in social media management for marketing purposes
• Demonstrated skills in nail care, makeup application, hair styling, barbering or hair threading are desirable

Pay: $15.07 - $50.00 per hour
