GT LAB service lash, brows, waxing and a focused facial menu and an established, high-end clientele. The right provider doesn’t start from zero here, you’ll step into a loyal client base and the opportunity to have a consistent schedule.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re someone who:

Responsibilities

• Perform lash and brow services including extensions, lifts, tints, and waxing
• Perform select facials and chemical peels from our focused service menu (as trained)
• Conduct thorough consultations and provide personalized treatment recommendations
• Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance
• Recommend services and retail products based on client goals
• Support retention through rebooking and long-term treatment planning
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace
• Document services and client notes accurately using salon software
• Stay current on techniques and industry standards
• Contribute to brand presence through light social media engagement (sharing work, reposts, client-safe content)

Pay & Growth

• Hourly base pay + tiered commission + tips
• First-year full-time minimum: $50,000
• Annual raises based on performance reviews and measurable growth

Training (Required for Everyone)

We provide comprehensive internal training for all services, so every provider performs services to GT standards. Including cross training in front-of-house operations. Learning the systems that keep the entire salon running smoothly, from client experience and scheduling flow to daily operations. Understanding this side of the business helps providers grow professionally and contribute to the success of the whole team.

Regardless of experience comprehensive internal training is required for everyone.

• Many of our top providers started straight out of school
• You’ll be trained across our service menu during your first year
• The first quarter is a structured training phase with training pay while you build familiarity, speed, confidence, and consistency

Realistic Expectations

We provide strong support, structured training, and an established clientele — but success here requires consistency, professionalism, and openness to feedback.

You’ll be supported by a team that handles much of the operational work many solo artists manage on their own — scheduling systems, client flow, enforcing client policies, and attracting and converting new clients.

This allows you to focus on delivering excellent services, building client relationships, and leaving work at work at the end of the day.

Requirements

• Active cosmetology or esthetician license (required)
• Lash experience preferred but not required for coachable candidates
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working within structured service protocols
