Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extensions, eyelash lifts, and other lash enhancement treatments with precision and care.
• Deliver a wide range of esthetic services including eyebrow threading, eyelash extension, facials, body waxing, and .
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Booksy; ensure smooth front desk operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation protocols throughout the salon or spa environment to ensure client safety.
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services and special offers.
• Support guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries professionally.
• Stay informed about current beauty trends, color theory, and new techniques such as tattooing or esthetic laser treatments to provide innovative services.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Lash Technician, Esthetician, Cosmetologist or similar role within a spa or salon setting.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetician licensing required; additional certifications in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers or laser treatments are a plus.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Booksy is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards in beauty services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs.
• Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and social media management to promote services effectively.
• Ability to perform multiple treatments including eyebrow threading, eyelash extensions, eyelash lift, body waxing, makeup application, if qualified.
