Lash Technician/Esthetician/Cosmetologist

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and EXPERIENCED Lash Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing high-quality beauty services, such as eyelash extensions and brow services. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for beauty treatments, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications of any style and mapping allowing clients to have excellent RETENTION. Brows services are a plus.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software
• Provide exceptional guest services
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, special offers, and showcase client transformations
• Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and managing payments
• Stay current with industry trends
• Support the team in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all guests

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology license or Esthetician certification required.
• Proven experience in lash extension application. A portfolio would be nice or instagram catalog
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon/spa setting
• Ability to manage social media platforms for marketing purposes
• Hospitality experience or background in guest services is preferred
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
