Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring precise and safe application tailored to each client’s desired look
• Deliver a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox treatments, and laser procedures with attention to sanitation standards
• Provide hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, and barbering services to meet diverse client needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and recommend retail products to enhance client results and drive sales through upselling techniques
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY while maintaining an organized front desk operation
• Engage with clients through excellent customer service, addressing questions about treatments like Med Spa procedures or tattooing options
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation protocols across all treatment areas to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and grow the salon’s online presence

Skills

• Proven experience in cosmetology or esthetician roles with knowledge of lash extensions, makeup application, and nail care
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple appointments efficiently while delivering high-quality service
• Familiarity with salon software platforms such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients on treatments like dermal fillers, Botox injections, or esthetic laser treatments
• Knowledge of sanitation practices aligned with industry standards for safety and hygiene
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a guest-focused approach
• Skilled in social media management for marketing purposes and engaging with the community online
• Experience in body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, straight razor shaving, and hair threading preferred
• Background in Med Spa procedures such as dermabrasion or dermal fillers enhances service versatility
• Strong customer service orientation combined with hospitality skills to create welcoming experiences for all guests
