Lash Technician/Esthetician/Cosmetologist

As part of our team, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring every client feels cared for and confident. This role is perfect for someone with a strong esthetics background, excellent communication skills, and a love for helping clients look and feel their best.

What You'll Do

• Perform professional eyelash extension applications with precision and care
• Maintain a spotless, sanitary work environment, following all state protocols
• Deliver top-notch customer service, actively listening to client needs and offering tailored recommendations
• Manage your appointments using salon software (Square)
• Assist with front desk duties: greeting guests, answering questions, and handling retail sales
• Offer and upsell additional services (waxing, lash lifts/tints, brows) to enhance each client’s visit
• Educate clients on lash care and product usage for the best long-term results
• Stay up to date on beauty industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations

Skills We're Looking For

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist with lash extension certification
• Experience in lash extensions is a MUST, - We can provide training for waxing, lash lifts/tints, and brow services
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Strong client service skills and a passion for guest satisfaction
• Comfortable with salon software (Square) and social media engagement
• Professional, reliable, and eager to grow your clientele
