Lash Technician/Esthetician/Cosmetologist

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications, eyelash lifts, and other lash enhancement services with precision and care
• Deliver a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and laser therapy to meet client needs
• Provide hair styling services such as cuts, color theory consultations, hair extensions, threading, and barbering techniques
• Conduct body waxing, hair removal procedures like hair threading and body waxing to ensure smooth results
• Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products, makeup items, and beauty tools during client visits
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by following proper sterilization procedures for all tools and treatment areas
• Engage in social media management by showcasing before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and building client relationships online
• Offer expert advice on cosmetic procedures including botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers to enhance client satisfaction
• Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare routines to foster loyalty and repeat business

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology license or Esthetician certification with comprehensive knowledge of skin care treatments
• Experience with eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and eyebrow shaping techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols aligned with industry standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Ability to perform hair styling including cutting, coloring, hair extensions, barbering, and hair threading
• Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
• Proficiency in social media management for marketing purposes and client engagement
• Additional skills such as tattooing, esthetic laser treatments, deep tissue massage, or Med Spa experience are a plus but not required

Total rent is $250 a week - you only pay for the spot and the opportunity to grow is endless! We have a great support team and can assist with any marketing to build clientele!
