Lash Technician/Esthetician/Cosmetologist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and talented Lash Technician to join our team! In this role, you will deliver flawless lash extension where sanitation and effectiveness is the top priority. Outside of nail health our top priority is creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients. Your expertise in sanitation, skin care and customer service will ensure each guest leaves feeling pampered and confident. Responsibilities

• Provide professional lashing services such as individual lash extensions, lash clusters and lash lamination with precision and attention to detail
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate lengths and designs that are pleasing to the eye shape and life style of the client.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Educate clients on proper aftercare routines and to promote retention and lash health
• Upsell additional services like service packages, lash wash kits and gift certificates
• Keep workstations clean, organized and stocked with necessary supplies for efficient service delivery

Experience

• Proven experience as an esthetician or cosmetologist within a beauty or spa environment
• Knowledge of seamless lash techniques including natural, volume and cluster application
• Familiarity with sanitation procedures and health regulations specific to skin care
• Strong communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their preferences
• Ability to perform a completed lash set including lash lamination
• Basic retail math skills for upselling products effectively
• MO State License as a cosmetologist or nail technician without any

Pay: $400.00 - $1,000.00 per week
