Little Beauty Studio is a growing luxury lash brand located in a prime area, and we’re looking for a passionate, talented Lash Technician to join our team as we build something special.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is patient, motivated, and ready to grow with a brand from the ground up. While we’re in the early stages, client books will take a few months to fully build—but this position offers long-term potential in a high-end, aesthetic-driven environment.

This position is commission-based with a 60/40 split — 60% to the lash technician and 40% to the studio. The lash tech is responsible for supplying their own products.

As part of our hiring process, we do require a model set to assess your work in person. You’re welcome to come in any day or time that fits your schedule, except Sundays.

We are currently looking to bring someone on starting in May.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.78 - $29.85 per hour
