Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring precise placement and natural-looking results that meet client expectations.
• Deliver a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox injections, body waxing, and laser treatments with attention to safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to optimize client flow and minimize wait times.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations while ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilized after each use.
• Engage with clients through excellent customer service skills, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and building lasting relationships through effective communication.
• Promote salon services via social media management and product demos to attract new clients and boost sales.
• Assist at the front desk with guest check-ins, appointment confirmations, and payment processing to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology license or Esthetician certification; additional certifications in lash extensions, dermal fillers, Botox treatment, or laser procedures are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in eyelash extensions, hair styling, body waxing, nail care, or related beauty services; med spa experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols across all treatments performed.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients about services and products effectively.
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Skills in social media management for marketing purposes; experience with product demos or makeup application is advantageous.
