Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring precise technique and client satisfaction
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and proper sterilization of tools and treatment areas
• Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products and educating clients on skincare lines and cosmetic products
• Engage in social media management to promote services, share client transformations, and attract new guests
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism
• Upsell additional services or products to enhance client experience and salon revenue

Skills

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, or esthetic treatments
• Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients about their desired outcomes and treatment options
• Familiarity with salon software systems for retail sales, product demos, and guest management
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters repeat business
• Competence in social media management for marketing purposes and brand promotion
• Sanitation expertise ensuring all procedures adhere to health regulations and safety standards
