Duties

• Deliver expert eyelash extension applications, esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures with precision and care
• Provide professional hair services such as styling, hair extensions, hair threading, and barbering in a welcoming environment
• Perform body waxing, nail care, makeup application, and dermal filler injections to meet diverse client needs
• Manage client consultations to understand their goals and recommend suitable treatments or products
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols
• Utilize salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing client records
• Engage actively in social media management and marketing efforts to promote your services and attract new clients through online platforms

Experience

• Valid Cosmetology or Esthetician license required; additional certifications in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, laser treatments, or tattooing are highly desirable
• Proven experience in eyelash extensions, makeup application, body waxing, or hair styling preferred
• Familiarity with salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
• Experience in retail sales and upselling products or services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
• Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to beauty services and medical spa procedures
• Previous experience working in a med spa or luxury salon environment is a plus
