Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Eyelash Extension Technicians and Nail Technicians with at least 1 year of professional experience. Lash Extension experience a plus but will train. The ideal candidates are detail-oriented, have a strong sense of professionalism, and value teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality eyelash extension and/or nail services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following all health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming studio atmosphere
• Stay up to date on beauty trends, products, and techniques

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as an eyelash or nail technician
• Must hold a valid Florida Full Specialist License (required for nail services)
• Current certification/licensure (as required by state regulations)
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay
• Tips: 100% yours
