Experienced Lash Artist (Eyelash Extensions) – Commission | 20–40 hrs/week | Norwell, MA

What You’ll Do:

• Perform eyelash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume), fills & removals
• Provide exceptional client experience + aftercare education
• Build and retain clientele
• Maintain sanitation + organized workspace
• Promote your work via Instagram (Lashed+ branding support provided)

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist
• 1+ year experience in eyelash extensions (required)
• Strong skills in lash styling, mapping, retention, and isolation
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced salon environment
• Comfortable performing a lash set during the interview
• Experience with Fresha or booking systems (preferred)
• Bonus: lash lift & tint, brows, spray tanning
