Last Mile Delivery - Home Every Night - O/O

Job Summary:

Erwin Group is seeking O/O with 26ft box trucks to fulfill last mile delivery contracts. We are looking to hire Atlanta, GA area.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• A 26ft box truck (with liftgate preferred)
• DOT-compliant operating authority OR willingness to lease under ours
• Active commercial insurance:
• $1M Auto Liability
• $100K Cargo
• General Liability recommended
• A clean MVR and ability to pass background check
• A pallet jack, straps, and basic delivery tools
• A smartphone for routing and delivery confirmation

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday routes
• 6:00 AM load-outs, finish mid- to late afternoon
• Weekend routes available in select cities
• Custom local/regional lanes available

What You'll Be Doing:

• Pickup at local warehouse/cross-dock
• Deliver to homes, offices, and businesses
• Capture PODs and complete deliveries via app
• Communicate with dispatch for updates or issues
• Return undelivered freight as needed

Preferred Experience:

• Final mile, furniture/appliance delivery
• White glove or 2-man team experience
• Ability to navigate city deliveries or apartment complexes
