Last Mile & Logistics Operations Specialist

Position: Last Mile Operations Specialist – US Operations
Location: PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, 6 days a week

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Last Mile Operations Specialist to manage and optimize delivery operations for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in logistics, route planning, and operational efficiency, along with advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize last-mile delivery operations and daily dispatch activities
• Plan and monitor delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Analyze operational data to identify gaps and improve performance
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatch teams, and US-based stakeholders
• Ensure timely deliveries and maintain service quality standards
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel for performance tracking.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards)
• Experience in route planning and last-mile delivery operations is preferred
• Good communication skills for coordination with international teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
