SUMMARY

As a member of our Talent Acquisition Team, the Coordinator will partner closely with Recruiters and our Leadership team to help with internal team organization and operations.

We’re seeking a dynamic Coordinator who brings passion, enthusiasm, collaboration, and ownership to our team and partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

  • Coordinate all recruitment activities, from posting job ads and scheduling interviews, to sending interview tasks and progressing candidates through diverse stages in the Talent Acquisition process
  • Manage complex calendars (incorporating panel members from different time zones)
  • Provide day to day Talent Acquisition service support
  • Educate and inform hiring managers and employees on applications, processes, policies and systems. Provide systems and processes training to fellow workers where and when required
  • Create process guides, templates and policies to improve candidate and employee experience
  • Investigate ways to improve existing processes and fix pain points through automation, streamlining and leveraging technical solutions
  • Work with the TA and People team to identify opportunities to improve interview processes and the candidate experience
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in matters of significance. This could include developing recruiting strategies, independently comparing candidates' skills to the applicable job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and determining without supervision whether candidates are a good fit for the position based on the client’s needs
Requirements:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrable experience working either in an in-house or agency recruitment capacity
  • Experienced in ATS use, Recruiting processes, Outlook calendar and scheduling, and the Office Package (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Scheduling, logistics, and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Able to juggle busy days with project work and continuous process improvement
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of work, enjoys a challenge and is passionate about continuous process improvements that enhance value and service proposition
