Late Morning - Evening Full Time Customer Service Representative

CSS | Client Services Solutions is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our growing call center. ​ You’ll handle service-focused calls (mostly outbound but some inbound) for well-known national companies—no cold calling, collections, or political campaigns.​ Please note: We are not Client Services Inc. and are not a debt collection agency.​

We offer true scheduling flexibility: build a full-time, 40‑hour week around your life by choosing your own shifts between 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (two shifts ending at 9 p.m. each week required).

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll deliver friendly, professional support on every call, help customers resolve questions or concerns, and represent our clients with empathy and care.
